1. If your rechargeable kit is still under warranty...
The warranty period for SignalBip Electronic Flag Kits is 2 years.
Contact our after-sales service by providing the following information:
- purchase invoice
- problem encountered: give as much detail as possible
The after-sales service department will advise you on how to proceed.
The average response time is 7 working days.
2. If your rechargeable kit is out of warranty...
Contact our after-sales service describing the problem encountered and giving as many details as possible.
In case of return of a kit in after-sales service, for any intervention outside the guarantee, a diagnostic fixed price of €10 will be paid by the customer.
The diagnostic package will be due by the customer except for an accepted quote of more than €50. In this case, the diagnostic flat rate will be deducted from the repair.
If the kit can be repaired, the average response time does not exceed 7 working days.
