Important dates :
1993 - That's where it all began 🚀
Louis V., the father of the current CEO of our company, founded the Label company, specialized in wholesale of electric and electronic equipment.
He also deposits a patent for a "Refereeing aid for use in football and other ball games", which is the first model of the current electronic flags.
1996 - Atlanta Olympic games 🏆
The system was used for the first time during the football matches of the Atlanta Olympic Games.

1997 - Adoption by Fifa
FIFA used SignalBip equipment for its official competitions.
1998 - Fifa World Cup 🌍
First major international competition using SignalBip electronic flags.
The system, developed by the French company Label SA, was recommended by FIFA to national associations.

2007 - Brand acquisition
Romuald V., the inventor's son, repurchases the SignalBip brand.
2009 - 4th generation ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Launch of the fourth generation of battery-powered electronic flag kits.
2012 - Product evolution
Following referees’ recommendations, the electronic flag kit was improved with enhanced features and better ergonomics.
2014 - Adoption in major competitions
The 2012-version of the rechargeable electronic were used by referees in major European football leagues as well as in professional rugby competitions (Top 14 and Pro D2).
2019 - New generation, made in France
A new version of the flags is launched: made in France! The new beeper flags have several ergonomic and functional improvements in order to give referees more comfort and efficiency during the games.
2024 - New generation and audio kits
Release of a new generation of electronic flags with enhanced performance, along with audio kits that further improve on-field communication.
The radio frequency is now standardized for worldwide use.
