What payment methods do you accept?

On our online shop, we accept payments by:

  1. Bank card via our partner bank, accepted cards are: CB, Visa and MasterCard
  2. Bank card in 3 interest-free instalments via our partner bank, accepted cards are: CB, Visa and MasterCard
  3. Bank card via the Paypal interface, accepted cards are: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Carte Aurore, Cofinoga or Privilège, 4 étoiles, Discover, American Express
  4. PayPal with your PayPal account
  5. Cheque (from a bank domiciled in France)
  6. Bank transfer

How do you ensure payment security?

Online payment by credit card is 100% secure. It is provided by our partner bank.

We have no access to your login details and credit card numbers.

All credit card transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment institution and the confidentiality of the data.

How to pay by credit card?

During the ordering process, in the Payment section, if you wish to pay by credit card, select the Payment by credit card option. You will be automatically redirected to the secure interface of our partner bank to finalize your payment.

If you have another type of card than CB, Visa, MasterCard, choose Pay with PayPal. You will be automatically redirected to the secure interface of our partner Paypal. Choose "Pay without opening an account", fill in the requested information and, finally, submit.

How to pay with my Paypal account?

During the ordering process, in the Payment section, if you want to pay your order via your Paypal account, select Pay with Paypal. You will be automatically redirected to the Paypal interface, log into your account and follow the steps to validate your payment.

I have a problem with payment by Paypal, what should I do?

In case of payment error by Paypal, we suggest you to check that your Paypal account is associated with only one valid credit card.

If everything is in order, we advise you to try again later.

If the error persists, choose another payment method or contact us.

How to pay by cheque or bank wire?

During the ordering process, in the Payment section, if you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, select "Pay by Cheque" / "Pay by bank wire". The information necessary to complete the payment is displayed and will also be sent to you by e-mail, once the order is confirmed.

In case of payment by cheque, we will cash your cheque before shipping your order.

In case of bank wire, we wait for the payment to be received on our account before shipping your goods.

How to pay in 3 free-of-charge installments?

Our e-store offers a 3-installment payment solution by credit card that allows you to spread the payment of an order whose total amount exceeds 330€ in 3 debits according to the following schedule:

  • 1st installment on the day of your order: 1/2 of the amount of the cart
  • 2nd installment : 30 days after your order of 1/4 of the amount of the cart
  • 3rd installment: 60 days after your order of 1/4 of the amount of the cart

Example: for a cart whose amount is 449€: 1st installment of 224.50€ and the 2 following instalments of 112.25€ each. Total cost of the credit operation 449€. The application fees are paid by SignalBip. 

Once you make the checkout, you will be able to select the "Payment by credit card in 3 installments" in the Payment section.
